First, I want to say that when I called for a quote for a home inspection, Nancy (the inspector’s wife) provided me with all the details of their services with professionalism and kindness. Over the next few days, as I had additional questions, she remained patient, responsive, and honest, which I truly appreciated. The inspection report itself was thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. After the inspection, Gregg (the inspector) took the time to walk us through the home and point out all areas of concern. He also gave helpful suggestions on what we could handle ourselves and what should be addressed by a professional.Overall, our experience with Orgova Home Inspection was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.-Alisha 🫶

I found Orgova Home Inspection after becoming frustrated with the inspectors that kept appearing at the top of the search results. After speaking with several of them, I wasn’t confident they would perform the thorough inspection I was looking for. It became clear that search rankings don’t always reflect the best inspectors—often just those with the biggest advertising budgets. When I found Orgova, I was impressed by their qualifications, certifications, and professionalism. Gregg inspected my newly constructed home and found issues I never expected to see in a brand-new build. One of the most significant problems he identified was that the backyard grading directed water toward the house instead of away from it. The builder inspected it, confirmed Gregg’s findings, and corrected the grading before closing. Gregg also uncovered additional electrical and plumbing issues that needed attention. His attention to detail ultimately saved me a considerable amount of time, money, and future headaches. If you’re looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, and honest home inspector who truly works in your best interest, I highly recommend Orgova Home Inspection. Their professionalism and meticulous inspection gave me confidence that my new home was delivered in the condition it should have been.

Had an inspection of property for purchase. The inspector was very thorough and explained what he was looking for. Anything that was discovered no matter what it may have been was thoroughly explained and what was needed to rectify the issue (if any).Would highly recommend them for inspection needs.

First of all, let me say that this inspection was like nothing I have ever experienced and exceeded every expectation I had!!The daughters of the world will know what I mean when I say that this inspection felt as if my own dad was looking into the integrity of our home in question. He left me without questions and took the time to explain everything. I felt that he was not only concerned about the home but the safety of our family moving forward in it.Not only was Greg thorough and informative, he showed genuine care and concern and thoughtfulness which as a first time home buyer is something I really needed to experience in such an intimidating situation.anndddd Don't even get me started on Nancy. Shes the type of person I want to put in my pocket. As thorough and caring as Greg was with the inspection so was Nancy behind the scenes. I am so impressed by them both.if I need further inspections or just overall support in this realm I will most definitely be giving ORGOVA a call!! no questions.thank you so much Greg and Nancy!sincerely,Tanner fiveash

Gregg and Nancy are an absolute dream team to work with. Building a home is incredibly stressful, but having them on my side has made a world of difference. Nancy handles the scheduling and communication flawlessly, and Gregg’s eye for detail during the inspection process is unmatched. What really blew me away was their integrity, when a scheduling issue arose on the builder's end, they went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of without trying to nickel and dime me. They truly care about the homeowners they protect. If you need a home inspector you can actually trust, look no further. 10/5 stars!

SECOND REVIEWAfter walking away from our first home based on Orgova’s inspection, we trusted them again on the next property—and they delivered once more. They completed the inspection quickly and, just like before, it was incredibly thorough. This home was in much better shape overall, but Orgova still identified a number of minor issues along with a few more significant ones we’ll need to address.Using their report, we negotiated with the seller (a bank) and asked for an $8,000 price reduction to cover repairs. The bank came back with a $5,900 reduction—which is a big win on a $38,900 purchase that wouldn't have happened without Nancy & Gregg and their company Orgova. Thank you so much.Orgova continues to prove their value every step of the way. They’re simply the best, and we wouldn’t use anyone else.FIRST REVIEWWe had a great experience with Orgova Home Inspection. Their report was extremely detailed and included tons of photos, which made it easy to understand exactly what was going on with the property. Thanks to their thorough inspection, we were able to dodge a major bullet on a home that had a lot of hidden issues. That alone made the service more than worth it.We’ll definitely be using Orgova again on the next property we put an offer on. Highly recommend!

Gregg found the hidden problems and saved us from making the huge mistake of purchasing a renovation that still needed thousands of dollars in upgrades and repairs.
