We operate the system and run the available zones to check coverage and identify visible or operational issues, including:

• Sprinkler Heads, Rotors & Nozzles: We check for proper operation, damage, alignment, leaks, and spray coverage.
• Bubblers: Visible bubblers are checked for operation and coverage. Because bubblers are often concealed beneath mulch or landscaping, we do not dig or remove materials to locate them.
• Valves, Piping & Connections: Visible and accessible components are checked for leaks, damage, and other deficiencies.
• Pumps & Backflow Components: Where present and accessible, these components are checked for visible defects and normal operation.
• Rain Sensors: Where present and visible, rain sensors are visually inspected for damage or other observable deficiencies.
• System Controls & Zones: We use the irrigation controls to operate the system and run the available zones, checking for inoperative or damaged heads, leaks, misdirected spray, and areas with inadequate coverage.
