He noticed small things like the tub not draining properly and even found the tiniest, smallest little paint chip on the exterior and put that in his report. I would have NEVER noticed that paint chip even if I lived in the house. Aside from being great at his job, Gregg is also an electrician which is a huge bonus as a home inspector. He explained the inspection reports to me and told the builder’s attendant what needed to be fixed. They also provide a re-inspection service for a significantly reduced price.
