POOL & SPA INSPECTIONS

INSPECTING POOLS, SPAS, AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS

COMPLETE INSPECTIONS FOR YOUR POOL

POOLS AND SPAS

A pool and spa inspection starts with a general overview of the pool itself, including the condition of the tiles finishes and more. We look for visible signs of crack and other damage. We look at the following components:

Electrical systems, Filtration systems, Heating systems (including solar), Lighting systems, Motors, Plumbing systems, Pumps, Safety barriers, Structures adjoining the pool or spa such as stairs or ladders, and Valves.

IRRIGATION SYSTEMS

An irrigation inspection is a full inspection of a home’s sprinkler system and the components that make it up. Since Florida has beautiful year-round weather, irrigation systems continuously run and should be checked just like any other component of a home.

Your inspector will assess above-ground components and will not be tearing up the yard to inspect underground components. However, the above-ground components can give you a good idea of the condition of the systems. We assess the following:

Sprinkler Heads, Rotors, Bubblers, Nozzles , Valves, Manifolds, Visible Connectors, Pumps, Backflow Preventers, Rain Sensors, Drains, Control Panels, Test Each Zone & Look For Pressure differentials, and Visually Check The Location Of All Sprinkler Heads.

Be confident if you purchase or build a home with an irrigation system, pool, or spa, we will thoroughly inspect it so you can run through your green grass & splash away in your pool from day one in your new home!
